My focus is facilitating a positive, empowering, safe and satisfying birth experience. To serve as your coach, advocate for informed consent, loving presence, comic relief, and unconditional support during labor is a privilege. As your doula, I am committed to supporting YOUR birth choices.

My birth doula services include:

A free get acquainted visit, 3 prenatal consultations, developing a birth plan, childbirth education, continuous support throughout labor, delivery and immediate postpartum care, as well as initiation of  breastfeeding. I provide a postpartum visit to review the birth experience and to facilitate referrals for additional support and care if necessary. I am available 24/7 for the month surrounding you due date, provide coaching by phone, and join you in your labor at home as well as the hospital.

I utilize Massage, Acupressure, Visualization, Self-Hypnosis, and Breath work as relaxation and comfort techniques. I assist and facilitate partners’ participation in the birth experience.

Birth Aware Childbirth Classes:
